Hot showers (not a given in Pai) beautiful old traditional (style) houses. A/C (also not common). Friendly staff but hardly seen (still don't know the breakfast times 😁). Not fully kept up to standards (outside bulbs not working, cobwebs in some corners). In summary a great place, authentic buildings, peaceful and very central. I can fully recommend! Just you can get close to this for a fraction of the price in Pai, especially on the other side of the bamboo bridge

Location was great, the hotel ist just at the end of the walking Street but still far away enough to be very quiet. The view of the Garden and the balcony were also a plus.
